Suggest Remedies For Low BP While On Metoprolol

my blood pressure is 86/58 but my pulse is 120. I have been on propafenone 225mg for several years but four months ago when my pulse increased and skipped, I called the dr. on call and he gave me a prescript for metoprolol 25 mg, take two that night and one twice a day. When I called my regular cardio dr, he told me to stop and go back to propafenone. SInce this is the I do no want to go to the ER and have taken the metoprolol for the past two days but with this low BP, I do not know whether to take another dose but I would like to see my pulse slow down. I am female,83 and also have PAH

There are so many antiarrhythmics or beta-blocker drugs that you can use in your condition. I suggest you consult with a Cardiologist to choose the best treatment for your condition.
