I have recently had a sinus and ear infection and just finished 7 days on augmentin(?) Within a day of completing antibiotic the drainage continued down my throat and a extremely sore throat began. I can tell I have a lot of drainage and it looks irritated and swollen. No fever and I am feeling better. Is this most likely strepp since their is some redness and swelling? or should I let it run its course??
