HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yoga would lengthen your spine but would improve posture and therefore help help with height in this way.

Height is mainly genetically determined and final height is attained in adolescence.
There is an area at the end of the long bones (bones in the arms and legs) that is involved in adding new bone and therefore length and height.

At the end of adolescence this area changes irreversibly (cannot go back) and no further bone growth is possible.

Unfortunately this means that though the yoga will help with posture and may therefore help slightly with height (in terms of standing better), it will not have a significant impact.

I hope this helps
