General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

A blood pressure of 109/63 is considered to be normal but in a patient that used to have high blood pressure, a quick shift from high blood pressure to this level may cause them to feel tired. It is important that you make sure you drink enough fluids during the day and you do not stand up or change position abruptly so you do not increase the risk of falls.

If you still feel tired in a week or so or you are any worse you will need to talk to your doctor.

I hope this answers your query. I remain at your disposal in case further medical assistance is needed.

Regards,
Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
