General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dark patches on face are called melasma. Melasma is a condition in which areas of the skin become darker than the surrounding skin.
Advice
1.     Stop using melalite cream
2.     Apply Melacare cream locally daily at bed time for 3 months
3.     Do not rub your skin while applying Melacare care as it will cause redness. Apply it gently over your hyper pigmented part
4.     Use Spectraban sensitive cream before exposure to sunlight
Thanks
