Suggest Remedies For First Degree Burn On The Hand

I dropped the upper portion of my hand into a ceramic container i was using to keep the dish water, and i felt that it was waay too hot, nearly boiling my concern is I felt something that you could relate to the flesh comming from the bone, but i see no odvious side effect, there is no pain, only a little numbing, should i be concerned immediately, or is it safe to assume that unless i see a sign of something, i should just continue with basic first aid
