Suggest Remedies For Extreme Pain In Pelvic Area

I am having severe pelvic pain. so bad I could not sleep last night. Tried OTC pain reliever and did nothing. Took a Norco (I have them for migraines) and that helped for a few hours. Went to urgent care and they did a pelvic exam and urinalysis. They said I need an ultrasound but would have to wait until monday. Gave me a script for Naproxin. It has not done anything, The pain is intense and is low like bikini line. It hurts really bad. Started yesterday morning.

Hi, I really appreciate your concern about the situation. As a physician I would definitely suggest you to undergo mentioned Ultrasound of Pelvis as it would definitely pinpoint the exact culprit cause of your problem.
I would also like to suggest that you avoid heavy lofting or other work and contact the emergency medical services if you are having intense pain or problem. I would also suggest you to continue to take the OTC pain medications like Meftal-SPAS or anything else you are taking. I hope I have answered your question satisfactorily.
