Suggest Remedies For Extreme Mood Swings And Low Sexual Drive Post Childbirth

I had a baby 7 months ago, since birth I ve never been in the mood but I do it with my husband to make him happy, tonight it s like I dried up in the middle of sex. And it was impossible to keep doing it! Is something wrong with me? Is this normal? We used to have sex every other day before I got pregnant now I barely do it once a month!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you may need to consider visiting a sex therapist. You can find a more natural approach firstly using aphrodisiac food such chocolate, banana, passion fruit, go dating together and find time without the baby.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
