Suggest Remedies For Discomfort In My Throat With Phlegm
I ve been feeling uneasy in my throat for more than 6 months. It seems that something is in my throat on my right side. Sometimes I can spit out some foreign matters which is tiny beige colour with foul smells. It cause my throat to have phlegm which is yellow in colour. What is your advice please.

As per your clinical history it appears that you are having post nasal discharge more on right side .
If I were your treating doctor, I would advice you Steam Inhalation , Saline nasal spray twice daily , Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast combination & Macrolide Antibiotic .
