General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to food poisoning. I suggest to avoid food for the first few hours as your stomach settles down. Drink water, broth, or an electrolyte solution. You can use plain food such as banana, apple juice or rice. If the symptoms continue, you should go at the emergency room.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
