Suggest Remedies For Dark Circles Under The Eyes

Hi. I am a teenager and ever since i was a toddler I have dark circles under my eyes. I use makeup that makes it look a little bit better, but if I didnt have this problem I wouldnt need to wear makeup. I see people can just leave the house with no makeup and look great but I cant because im so self conscious about my dark circles. Please help me find a remedy to fix this.
