Suggest Remedies For Bowel And Bladder Incontinence

Dear Doc, I m 55 years old, have had episiotomy at the time of child birth at the age of 29. I did not care much about that for a while, but later I developed so many problems, incontinence, bowel and bladder. It looks as if the incision has not been stitched properly and there is a gap of only 1 inch and it is so painful and itchy and it has affected my married life badly. Now at this age I am bothered about bowel and bladder incontinence....... very very problematic frequent visits to toilet, a minimum of 6 or 7 times.....I don t know what to do. could you help me by suggesting economical treatment ...... as I can not afford expensive medical

Consult a urologist and get evaluated.

You have to get a stress test done to make a diagnosis.

We have to rule out possibilities like a prolapsed uterus.
