Suggest Remedies For Bloating, Weight Gain With Increased Back Pain

Hi, I have recently gained 20 pounds in 3 month, my stomach has become distended like a pregnancy. I have had stomach discomfort and bloating especially after eating and although I have a prior back injury I have had increased back pain and now hip. In addition I have been having very sore nipples starting a few days after ovulation until menstrual cycle. This has happened After ovulation for 3 or 4 months. Right now Im 5 days passes ovulation and experiencing all of these symptoms including fatigue especially billed soreness.

Backache is very commom when you are overweight. Stretching the back when you lie on the flat surface helps in reducing the pain. Also you need to keep straight posture when sitting and do not bend at the hips, only at the knees when you bend or pick up anything from the floor.
