Suggest Remedies For A Blister On The Arm

i have a burn on my arm from a few weeks ago it blistered at first so when it popped i pulled the skin off it then a scab formed but after a while it fell off and underneath was white shiny wet numb skin or not skin but then it scabbed again and its just fallen off and happened again its not ealed underneath

Hello,

I think the white tissue you have underneath the burned blisters is probably the fibrotic tissue of the healing process.
If it is not red, swollen and secreting fluid then it is not infected. I think you don't have to worry about it. Putting antibiotic ointment is advisable to keep it clean from infection.
