Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
I would like to know how is his non verbal communication and socialization? Does he follow your verbal instructions? How is his hearing?
He definitely has speech delay which can be due to receptive and expressive speech delay, expressive speech delay, autism and other communication disorder or hearing defects.
Please consult a Developmental and behavioural Paediatrician for a detailed assessment. He will require speech therapy according to his diagnosis.
I hope I have helped you
Thank you
