I start wearing panties should I wear them off and on switching to boxers then back to them . Wearing pAnties help relieve testicular pAin.I am making something worse by switching back and fourth. I had testicular cancer after surgery I was to wear under ware to support. Should I wear panties 24/7. Or just switch to diapers all around

Yes, the underwear is necessary all day long to support the scrotum so as to reduce pressure on the testicles and pain. When you are in the bed, you should put off the underwear so as to get some relief but if feel pain, wear at night too.

Once things settle down in a few weeks and you feel no more pain without underwear, you may shift to boxers or briefs.
