Suggest Permanent Solution For Nose Blockage

Hi I have a permanent problem of nose blockage which can be treated only by otrivin. I have an absurd question. Is there any technology in the world where you can use stents to permanently expand the gap in the mucosa. I have been told that even the surgery of the mucosa cannot solve my problem. Can you please provide an answer.
