Suggest Pain Medication For Chronic Back Pain Post Back Surgery

I had back surgery I had spinia bifidia repair my L- 5 is broke it naturally fused itself and my hips are deteriating I am in chronin pain and for pain Dr gave me 50mg of tramadol and I have taken it since 2009 I am having issues like high blood sugar high blood pressure etc what else is better the chronic pain by body is used to tramadol I am on disability I am broke so I can t pay for any advise please give me advise free

According to the history you provide I don't think that orally painkillers will help you anymore. Better for you to be seen by your doctor for evaluation of your actual situation and to do a plan for injection painkillers as needed.
