Hi,

Your situation is quite serious because it affects your daily life. Everyday you should go to rehabilitation centers, physical therapy. Initially you can follow the instructions of your health care provider. Then you practice yourself at home. Combination of long drug sessions. Spine stretching exercises are very beneficial for your condition. Requires you to be persistent.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
