Neurologist 's  Response
Hello,

She can shift from syndopa to the next generation which include levodopa+carbidopa+entacapone. This combination can be taken in less frequency so less dystonia.
also she can start on amantadine to decrease her dystonia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Amro Lahlouh, Neurologist
