Suggest Options For Conception

I am 32 years old and so is my husband. We are trying to have a baby since more than a year. My periods are regular. I had a bilateral dermoid cystectomy last year but my hormone profile is normal except that 21st day progesterone is 23nmol which is on the lower side of the normal spectrum. My husbands abnormal sperm morphology is 78%. We are taking fertisure F and Msince last two weeks. I have also been prescribed ovigyn tabs for 3 months and my husband has been prescribed ovofar 25mg for three months. I am also taking folic acid. We have started medicines about a month back but no luck yet. Any suggestions for us?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion you need to start with full workup in the form of hormone profile viz TSH, FSH, AMH, Prolactin and also pelvic ultrasound on day 2 for antral follicle count.
These tests will give you your fertility potential and status of ovaries and uterus.
Then ovulation induction drugs with follicular study to see for release of eggs and thus timing the intercourse accordingly.
