Suggest Opinion On Bupropion, Paroxetine, Simvastatin And Zolpidem Medicines

My brother is on bupropion sr 150 mg tablets 2 times a day Paroxetine cr 25 mg 2 tablets a day Simvastatin 40 mg 1 tablet every evening Zolpidem tartrate 10 mg tablet at bedtime. He cannot sleep throu the night cannot get his mind to stop thinking or worrying. Is exhausted all throu the day. He said he s tired of being tired. Do you have any advice about his medicine that he s been on for over 2 years?

Welcome to HCM.
I think your brother needs to change the time of taking his medicines.
Bupropion- take in daytime not later than 4pm.
Paroxetine- not in day time. Take it at bedtime.
Zolpidem- only at bed time.
Simvastatin- in morning.

If he is following this schedule and still having problems, then you can consult with the treating doctor for change of medicines.
He must take balabced diet and multivitamin supplements.
