Suggest Natural Ways To Manage High BP And Heart Rate
My HR is110and my BP has been high for several days but my BP is slowly coming down. I do not take medicine because I don’t believe in it. I’m thinking it maybe stress because my brother passed away a little over a week ago. Is there anything I can do naturally to bring my HR and BP back down?
