Suggest Natural Remedy To Control Intense Hot Flashes In Premenopausal Stage

I am 52 years old, 53 in October. I am pre-menopausal, have not had a period for 2 months - which has occurred before but then I get it back and will go 2 months without again. I understand you are not experiencing menopause until you have not had a period for 12 months in a row? I think I understand that right? But with that, my main question is how to handle hot flashes. They come during the night so intense. Is there any remedy out there that is known to help with hot flashes, that does not contain a drug, except vitamins, that works at least 85% of the time in most women? anything??

Hello,

To control intense hot flashes in perimenopausal stage naturally, take food that is cooling in nature. Take spinach, bananas, apples, yogurt, curd, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, melons, cucumbers, etc. Stay well hydrated. Take bath regularly and wear soft cotton clothes. Avoid eating red meat. Red hot flashes in peri-menopausal stage is commonly due to hormonal imbalance. Get clinically examined. Your treating gynae may suggest you HRT, hormone replacement therapy.

Take vitamin E rich food or supplements (Evion - 400mg), once daily for 15 days. You will feel better. Avoid spicy food, caffeine, alcohol, cigarette smoking, stress. Walk regularly and do slow breathing exercises. You can take the help of a physiotherapist.
