Suggest Natural Remedy For Pain In Knee Due To Torn Cartilage

my husband is a football player, about 5 years back his knee cartilage got torned and we consulted many doctors and they wanted him to undergo a surgery where they will screw up the torned together but after that he have to be careful in his fast moments ... so fearing that we left it untouched but now he again realizes pain in his knees, is there any natural solution for this
