Hi my name is dan I recently been working out hard to get into shape an lower my hypertension.I lost about 45 lbs eating clean staying away from sodium, but recently taken my pressure and it s still high as hell, can it be the pre workout I ve been taking cardio cuts? If so is there a caffeine free pre workout I can take

Restrict salt intake less than 6 gm per day.
Eat fruits and vegetables,fruits juices.
Take diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids,fish oil.
Exercise regularly for 30 -40 min.
