Hi. My problem is that my body is slim and I have some weakness. I eat good, I drink good but I feel all this have a very effect on my health. I also need to increase some weight. My age is 18 but in others look, I am 14 aur 15. What should I do? Plz help

If you think that you eat enough food and despite eating, increase no weight, visit your GP and ceck up your blood, especially thyroid hormones. Hyperfunction of thyroid gland can cause weight loose even you eat a lot of foods. But if you eat not enough, than increase the amount. The best would be if you would find a calorie table on the web and try to intake around 2000 calories each day. Even you want to gain weight, try to avoid junk food, this food will bring you more problems than benefits.
