HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If you are doing strength training exercises at the gym, this would help to increase your muscle mass.
If you are doing aerobic exercises then this would not help with weight gain but would actually cause loss or cause you to maintain the same weight.
You would need to decrease or stop these.

In addition, you would need to increase your calorie intake from food or drink.
This can be done by : increasing portion sizes and increasing the frequency of meals.

Weight gain should only be tried if you are underweight (BMI less than 18.5). If you are normal weight or over weight then increasing your weight would increase the risk of diabetes, heart disease or stroke.

I hope this helps
