Hi, I am 24yrs and my height is 170cm and I weigh just 52kgs. I wish to gain weight but nothing is favoring me even after trying everything. I eat 4times a day, non-veg thrice a week, drink lots of juice.. But even after having this habit, I am not finding any difference in my weight. Kindly provide me any remedy so that I could become atleast more than 60kgs.. Thanks!
Hello, Welcome to HCM. You should take extra calories about total 500 k calory/day. Eat 3 meals and 3 snacks/day. Take food like whole milk, bread. In veg potatoes, peas, corn, carrots. In fruits, take bananas, pears, dried fruit apples, pineapple etc. Take olive oil, coconut oil and palm oil more. Take cream soup more. Avoid trans fat like packet food and margarine because they affect our heart. Eat more protein like soybean, peanuts etc. Do weight training and weight lifting more. Hope these all will help you.
