HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

To determine if a persons weight is appropriate, the BMI is calculated. This is the weight (in kg) divided by the height (in m, it is squared).
This can be done manually or with online calculators.

The normal BMI is between 18 to 24.9. If a person goes above this range, they are consider overweight and obese.
Your BMI is 23 .
This means that your weight is good for your height, if you gain weight it is possible that you may slip into the over weight area.

The maximum weight you should have for your height is 169 pounds but if you go up to this, you would be heading to overweight.

You present weight is good for your height.

I hope this helps
