Dear sir we do not know what medicines you are taking at present . But the new recommendations suggest that target blood pressure is less than 150/90 for you.. it seems that your blood pressure is over treated.and this low blood pressure is the cause of your dizziness . I would like to suggest you that you immediately consult to your physician he will decrease the dose of your medicine and if needed he will stop some of medicine . Take medicine only when your blood pressure goes above 150/90.hope this will help . Apart from this also follow certain life style modifications also.such as low salt diet BMI less than 25 moderate alcohol consumption and physical activity .hope this will help.
