hii im 23 year old i used to eat gutkha panmasala for one year and now i had quit chewing eat because i munable to eat food less spicy or more spicy i feel every food is sour and its painfull for me to eat due to sour taste that prevail in my mouth so give me some suggestion or refer some medicine to cure it plz plz,,

Thanks for your query, i have gone through your quwry. The burning sensation could be because of oral sub mucous fibrosis which is seconsary to the use of gutkha or arecanut chewing. Its gud that you have stopped the habit since it is a precancerous condition. Nothing to worry consult your oral physician get it diagnosed and take medicinea like antioxidants and intralwsional injections with steroids. You can use topical anesthetics and analgesics for burning sensation. Consume food more with turmeric. I hope my answer will help you. Take care.
