General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Running nose & itchy eye is indicative od allergic rhinitis. Do not touch or rub your eyes. Cold compress may help. To help reduce eye irritation wash your eyes & apply Genticyn eye drops, 2-3 drops in both eyes twice daily. Stay away from pollen, dust, dander, stress and addictions if any. Decongestants and antihistamines are helpful.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
