Suggest Medicine For Osteoporosis While Having Multinodular Goitre

I am a 51 y old postmenopausal woman. I had a Dexa 2 days ago and results show that I have Osteoporosis. I am trying to decide which med to take, Fosamax has a generic, and is cheaper. I do not know if Boniva or Evista are better choices. I also have a multinodular goiter, but not on thyroid replacement, I am asymptomatic and TSH and T4 are normal, thanks.

Bisphosphonates and Calcium+Vitamin C are a good combination therapy for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia. Please consult an Endocrinologist for prescription of the same.
