Suggest Medicine For Nausea, Vomiting And Dizziness In A Child

My daughter (9) has nausea, vomiting, dizziness and pain in her stomach every day. It is most worse in the morning and at lunch time. She has had this ongoing for several years now. She has been to a pediatric gastroenterologist a couple years ago. They took an xray of her stomach and stated her bowels are not emptying like they should even though she has regular bowel movements. They suggested to take miralax and zantac. These did not work. She is missing school because of this.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms seem to be related to a gastrointestinal infection.
I suggest you to:
-use probiotics
-drink liquids
-continue using miralax for relief
-eat plan food that does not trigger the symptoms

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
