Suggest Medications For Ulcerative Collitis

Hello, i am suffering from ulcerive colitis problem from last 4 years, i am feeling good after treatment but after every 6-7 months I faces the issue and my haemoglobin goes down from 12gm to 8 or 9 gram, i feel very disappointed, again i have to start with very first day of treatment.I avoid having spicy and oily food from 4 years but still problem continues. In medicine i am taking mesacol 800mg tablet and started Ayurvedic treatment also from last 1.5yrs. Please suggest

Your query being appreciated, clinical condition or the symptoms are important and just because of the hemoglobin test report which is between 12 to 9 mg is not big deal and no need to worry about this, such variation is common and it is not the indication of any illness or loss of blood, it is not the critical level or the medical emergency, have balance diet, have more iron containing diet, be stress free hope this information helps.
