Suggest Medications For Swollen Yellow Crust On Belly Button

Hi my daughters belly button is red and swollen with what looks like three small bite marks inside and it had yellow crust on it this morning. I cleaned it and put some neosporin on it but I m concerned. Is this something to be worried about? What can I do?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that this could be small boils and may be infective in my opinion this need to be treated with the "Povidone ointment" apply this three times in day on affected part and no need to worry this could come around soon, take care and have a nice day.
