Hi Doctor,Thanks for time. For the past few weeks I am having a bad stomach ache. When the stomach ache starts I feel that my body is generating excess saliva, which is moreover watery. In this time, I feel so tried and feel little bit drowsy. This last for 1 to 2 hr and vanishes, but after some time this repeats.Am bit afraid of this. Please suggest a good remedy. Note: Am a Male of 27 years old.Social drinker / smoker. In the past week, I do had some liquor and N/V s.Many Thanks,Krishna

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).

This can cause abdominal pain and excess salivation.

If this is the case, then treatment may involve: (a) reducing foods that may cause a problem such as spicy/acidic/ citrus foods

(b)restrict the following- caffeine, chocolate, mint, onions, tomatoes

(c)wait 2 hours after eating before laying down

(d)weight loss of any excess weight because the weight presses on stomach

(E)use small amounts of frequent meals instead of large meals

There are also medications that can help, your doctor can prescribe one of these for you

I hope this helps
