Suggest Medications For Sores In The Sides Of Tounge
Hey I have these sores on the sides of my tongue and I was thinking they were from my mouth being dry and I grind my teeth when I sleep so I think friction caused the sores, is there any kind of cream or gel that I can apply on the sores for pain relief?
