Suggest Medications For Persistent Psoriasis

Hello doctor i have a psoriosis from last 2 years my age is 29. I know there is no proper treatment for this in medical science only a tropical steriods work for it. I am using synalar n ointment for skin and novasalic lition for scalp. Novasalic is more effective but now synalar n is not effectively working i think it needs more strong steriods for now. Now its spreding so fastly. Please suggest me some effective cream and lotions so that i can be disappear i am getting married after 2 months hope you r getting me doctor.

As first-line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
