Suggest Medications For Oily Skin With Pimples

Hi, i am 28 yrs old female with an oily, sensitive and pimple prone skin. I usually suffer from occasional cysts and red , small pimples. The worst part is that every time these pimples come, they leave scar/pimple marks behind which are almost impossible to remove. Would be of great HELP if you could suggest proper medication for removal of these pimple marks along with pimples. Also i would like to know how if regular workout helps in any way in maintaining a younger looking skin? Thanks in advance.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pimples or acne can occur due to a number of reasons like oily skin, hormonal imbalance, bacterial infection, inflammation and very exposure to sun..
In your case it seems to be due to oily skin and inflammation..
You should start washing your face with a salicylic acid face wash, apply benzoyl peroxide gel along with clindamycin gel, do cold compresses,exfoliate your skin twice a week and maintain dryness of skin and if you feel like lubricating the skin apply cooled aloevera gel..
Take multivitamin supplements and avoid oily and junk food..
In case if still you do not find improvement consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and he can advise you oral antibiotics like Muricoprin, retinoids like Isotretinoin and topical retinoids like Adapelene.
For removing scars microdermabrasion, dermal roller etc can be done..
