Suggest Medications For Inflamed Skin Eruptions

for many years I have had skin eruptions that start as small red dot and get bigger to size of a dime the middle skin cells are dry after it is like a red burn under my skin. I have been very stressed lately, the eruptions are like sores very inflamed and swollen. Nothing ever helps, do not know what causes these eruptions. I am 73 years old, female. Mary Jo Taylor

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history that you gave here the chances of infection is likely and this could be pyoderma in my opinion this is to be treated with antibiotic and the best choice would be "Cefdinir 300 mg twice in day" before starting this it is better to ruled out the differential diagnosis and for that you need to be clinically examined, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
I find this answer helpful
