Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Bladder infection with back pain suggests cystitis with or without underlying calculus in the urinary system. Guidelines at present for a better outcome :

- Drink more liquids.
- Cranberry sachet once daily in a glass of drinking water.
- Give details of current antibiotics with dosage schedule.
- Discuss the need for anti-inflammatory drugs with urine alkaliser with your doctor and get prescription of the ultrasound examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
