Suggest Medications For Back Pain In Elderly

Hi, what can you recommend for a very painful back and sciatica? I am 82 and I m taking all different tablets.Cholesterol, blood pressure, enlarge postrate. My doctor gives me paracetamol, but is a wast of time. They dont do anything! I like to go out but with the pain I ca not go out. Please can you help.Thank you

cane take tab combiflam and use hard bed. apply analgesic ointment and warm phomantation MRI of lumbosacral spine can be done. psa be done for monitoring status of prostate. can have ultrasound prostate and consult urologist for treatment.
