Suggest Medications For Allergic Reactions In The Chest Cavity

My husband complains of an internal icthing sensation in the chest cavity, that he cannot scratch, what can this be? and can it be related to the welts he experience every now and then all over his back that looks like an allergic reaction to something?

Hi, itching in thoracic cavity but since how long and what are the other symptoms apart from allergy u didn't mention. Anyway itching may be due to diaphragm irritation and it usually subsides by itself but if it persists longer with hiccough u should consult cardiothoracic surgeon for further evaluation. Possible diagnosis may be thoracic outlet syndrome, hiatus hernia,reflux esophagitis but all should be properly investigated by CT surgeon
