Suggest Medication To Correct A Hole In The Cornea

I have had caderac surgery and also had thirteen needles injecting fluid in my left eye, after cardiac surgery. it appeared to be ok. until one day my eye started to drain fluid and I had real bad pain. I went to see my eye doctor. after he examine me he said that I must have had a coat hanger or a piece of steel I my eye, which had never happened to me. He said I had a hole in my cornea. which he prescribed using sodium chloride four times a day, could you please advise if there any thing to correct this e-mal address is YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

Drainage of fluid from eye due to hole in cornea can be managed by instillation of sodium chloride. The hole or injury can heal within few days. However, if the hole does not heal then corneal transplant needs to be done.
