Suggest Medication For Yeast Infection And Prolonged BV

I have been dealing with bv for many years now. I have been treated with both flagyl and clindimicin (not sure if I spelled it right). I also get yeast infections while taking the meds. Now I m think I have focilitisis along with the bv. Can you help?
