my son was plugging in an electric wheelchair that was out in the rain when he bought it in he wiped off the water but when he plugged it in he got a big stock. His fingers felt like they got burned and got numb and tinglely , and got a pain in his upper arm that went up to his shoulder. Now it has been 9 hours later and his fingers still feel tingly and the pain is still in his arm. He has not seen a doctor was going to wait and see if it was better in the morning. What do you think
