Suggest Medication For Tightness Of Chest And Breathing Problem

i am 35, 370lbs with hypertension and currently not on medication for it. The other evening at work I experienced tightening in the chest, breathing became difficult, and i had some short pain as well as some dizziness. I sat down, did my best to breathe deeply and massage my chest and after a couple minutes the pain and tightness subsided. Could this have possibly been a mild heart attack?

HI welcome to HCM.
There is a highly possibility that you can have a coronary attacks due to your hypertension and high body weight.i strongly recommend you to have baseline EKG and and screening 2 dimensional echo of your heart which can accurately detect the baseline cardiac function.A cardiac stress test is indicated in your case to detect baseline ischemia. This can accurately detect the occurrence of heart attacks.Consult your cardiologist for further help.
Thank you
