Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hi there , thanks for your question at HCM

It is not usual to see swelling over surgical area after the wound is healed. Also if your weakness is something which was not their before( that is new onset weakness), it is in your best interest that you meet your treating surgeon to reassess. I feel, only examination and assessment by your treating doctor/ surgeon can be most re assuring in your situation.

Hope this helps,

All the best

Regards
